Omaya Salman is a student in the international academy of art – Palestine. She has participated in festivals such as Art festival Liaf (Norway), Palestine Now and Skopje Biennale 2009. Her artwork seek to connect viewers to social and cultural stratification through the use of socio-historically things. Her most recent work function as visual conversations about the ways in which individuals can develop and implement a personal ethic or ideology within the broader socio-political constructs of a consumer society.
